All orders are automatically pushed to our fulfillment hubs the moment you check out.

• Standard Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our quality-assurance team to safely inspect, pack, and print the shipping label for your items.

• Orders placed on weekends or major national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Timelines

We use private air cargo express logistics lines to bypass slow, generic postal systems. This guarantees that your package clears customs smoothly and hands over cleanly to your local domestic mail carrier.
Our current estimated transit times after processing are:

• United States (Primary Market): 5 to 15 business days (Delivered locally via your primary domestic mail carrier).

• United Kingdom & Europe: 6 to 15 business days (Delivered locally via your country's national postal service or express network).

• Canada & Australia: 7 to 15 business days (Delivered locally via your domestic postal network).

• 🌐 Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days depending on regional tracking structures.

Please note: Ambient weather conditions, peak holiday sorting spikes, or temporary customs delays are rare but may occasionally impact these baseline windows.

3. Scent & Liquid Sensitive Variants

If your order contains specific liquid, paste, or cream formulations (such as our Magnetic Carbonated Mud Masks or aromatherapy refills), it will automatically be routed through our Specialized Logistics Channel. This ensures the package passes global airport security X-ray sweeps flawlessly, arriving securely within 7 to 14 business days worldwide.

4. Automated Tracking Protocols

We believe in absolute transparency. Every single order is shipped with a unique, verified tracking code.

• The moment your label is scanned at our express hub, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.

• This email will include a direct tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey step-by-step from our lab to your doorstep.

5. Duties, Customs, & Taxes

For our global community browsing outside the United States, please note that international packages are dispatched as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any local import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or unexpected customs handling fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer at the border checkout line.

6. Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Addresses

ModernVibe Lab is not legally liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses typed in by the buyer during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before hitting confirm.

If your tracking number states that your package has been "Delivered" but you cannot locate it on your property, please contact the local delivery courier branch responsible for your final drop-off directly within 24 hours. They can cross-reference their regional GPS delivery logs to verify the exact location of the drop.
